Apple sells a million iPhone 3G S units in three days

Apple has once again achieved a tremendous success with its latest product. Just like with the iPhone 3G last year, the company has managed to sell more than a million iPhone 3G S units in just three days after the official launch. In addition, statistics show that about 6 million people have upgraded their handsets to the new iPhone OS v3.0 for five days since its release. Whether all these customers have bought the device just because they want the latest gadget, or they have rather found the phone’s newly-added camcorder and faster hardware very useful – we do not know, but one thing is undeniable – Apple did it again.
