In addition to announcing
Product Red iPhone 7 and 7 Plus editions, as well as
new iPads, Apple today revealed that it's updating the
iPhone SE with new storage options.
Starting this Friday, March 24, you'll be able to buy the iPhone SE in 32 GB and
128 GB flavors for $399 and $499, respectively. The original 16 GB and 64 GB models are being discontinued.
The iPhone SE 32 GB and iPhone SE 128 GB will be available in silver, gold, space gray, and rose gold. Basically, nothing's changed compared to the iPhone SE originally released last year, except for the doubled internal memory.
Needless to say, the iPhone SE remains Apple's cheapest iPhone, as well as the smallest model that's still being officially sold. In fact, with its 4-inch display, this is one of the smallest premium handsets on the market, regardless of OS.
The iPhone SE 32 GB and 128 GB are already listed on Apple's official website. However, they're "currently unavailable" - as mentioned above, they'll be in stock starting Friday.
Does anyone here plan to get any of the two
new iPhone SE models?
