Apple Watch Series 3 could be launching in Q3 2017
A new report suggests that the next Apple Watch could make its way to users in the third quarter this year. The device would be manufactured by Quanta Computer, the same company that made the previous two generations of the smartwatch.

According to the Chinese media Economic Daily News (EDN), the two companies will be focusing on improving performance and battery life. Performance was a problem for the Apple Watch Series 2, so it only makes sense for Apple to focus on it. Battery life did prove to be adequate, if you don't forget to charge your smartwatch every night, but it could use some work too.

Another aspect that we'd like to see improved would be the design, since the Apple Watch doesn't quite appeal to everyone with its current looks. However, the market watchers, cited by EDN, failed to mention any changes to the device's style.

And despite the smartwatch industry seeing a slow growth, Apple still managed to sell 7.5 million watches in 2016, so it only makes sense for the Cupertino-based company to want more coming into 2017. However, until we get an official confirmation, we can't know for certain if and when the next Apple Watch will see the light of day.
