Amazon drops the price of the Motorola DROID BIONIC to $150 with a $50 gift card included
Right from the start, Amazon managed to grace the Motorola DROID BIONIC with a fitting $199.99 on-contract price – as opposed to the $299.99 one being offered by Verizon directly. And now that a few weeks have gone by, we’re seeing yet another incremental price drop that makes it even more tantalizing to pick up the king of the DROIDs.

This time, Amazon has the highly prized smartphone priced at $149.99 for new customers, which is a $50 drop in savings from what we saw initially, but interestingly enough, the savings doesn’t stop there. In fact, the online retailer is giving out $50 Amazon gift cards to those new customers picking up the handset until September 26th. Sadly though, the offer is not available for upgrade customers – who are actually required to fork over $249.99 to pick up the handset.

Nonetheless, if you’re interested in picking up the Motorola DROID BIONIC with a new 2-year service agreement, you might want to consider Amazon’s promotion right now. Plus, they include free 2-day shipping, $15 Digital Bonus in apps, MP3s, and eBooks.
