Action Launcher 3 updated with Nexus Launcher integration, date widget, more
Action Launcher 3, one of the best Android launchers, has just received a major update that brings many new features and improvements. Long-time users will be pleased to know that the update adds integration of Nexus Launcher's rumored All Apps drawer, among other things.

According to the official changelog, the latest version of Action Launcher 3 comes with two new Nexus Launcher inspired style folder types.

Also, in order to check out the Nexus Launcher, you can now swipe up on the dock to reveal All Apps drawer. The developer added tinted dock background, as well as the option to customize the colors of All Apps, folder icons and the dock background via Quicktheme.

Two new additions to the update include caret (^) page indicator and Google “pill” widget. A date widget has been added too, along with many miscellaneous bug fixes.

If you haven't used Action Launcher 3, it's worth mentioning that it's is available for free, but comes with in-app purchases, so if you want to support the developer you can use this feature.

Keep in mind that the application allows users to import from your existing layout from other launchers, including Apex, Nova, Google Now Launcher, HTC Sense, Samsung Galaxy TouchWiz, as well as the stock Android launcher.

Awesome? Maybe... But Nova Launcher rules all.

I really wish Nova Launcher would implement this 1 feature from it; pop-up widgets. There's been a feedback on the Nova Launcher user feedback site, but the dev still has yet to respond:

That's just going over Nova Launcher's features, doesn't show it doing what I'm asking for.

Dont worry, Nova Launcher will eventually be updated to support all of Nexus Launcher's features (except Nexus Launcher's Google Now implementation)

I have yet to see a good looking app launcher on android. I know looks aren't everything but they don't offer any extra funcionality anyway
