Deal: AT&T offers the iPhone SE for just $49.99 on prepaid

Deal: AT&T offers the iPhone SE for just $49.99 on prepaid
Great news for consumers who favor iOS over Android, as AT&T is running an amazing deal on one of the cheapest iPhones you can get these days, the iPhone SE. If you don't mind the smaller screen, you can get it now via AT&T Prepaid for just $49.99.

The deal is available until September 27, so there's plenty of time to decide whether or not you want an iPhone SE, although there are a couple of things that you might want to know. First off, the deal seems to be available in-store only, so you won't find it online.

Secondly, in order to qualify for the deal, you have to activate a new line of service on any monthly plan and purchase a $30 or larger refill card. Even so, getting the iPhone SE for just $49.99 is pretty amazing considering that many carriers are still selling it for $350 outright.

Last but not least, the activation of a new line and the $30 or larger refill card must be purchased in the same transaction in order to be able to buy the iPhone SE for just $49.99. Happy shopping!

Where are all those iDiots that were saying I would pay $1000 - $800 for another iPhone SE 2? Oh, and where are the other iDiots that always talk about resale value of iPhones? If these phones were still selling, then the wouldn't drop the price so low. Clearly the iPhone SE's are not selling, so they put it at a price to move. Another term is to price in order to get rid of them.

The f**king phone is two goddamn years old now, Jesus Christ. Of course it ain’t selling well anymore... it’s old. You’re such a dumbass.

It came out in 2016. So 2 years old now. Your the one that talks about updates and how that adds years to the device to make it worth more. What good is years on a device that has a tiny useless non HD display with a 1.2 mp front facing camera. Cat 4 LTE. Of course it's not selling well, because most of the specs are older than 2 years.

"Of course it's not selling well, because most of the specs are older than 2 years." You just proved whatever you're trying to say. And you gotta realise that 2 year old Androids are no longer in market, if they are no ones buying them.

I am also going to prove something else. That is the iPhone 8 is the same as an iPhone 6. Same low resolution display. So what do you think is going to happen to those iPhones when the 3 new iPhones drop. Your already seeing BOGO deals for the iPhone 8 let alone the iPhone 6's from carriers. Yeah you don't have to say a thing. We already know there is going to be more iPhone 8, 7, 6s, and 6 BOGO deals with maybe even gift cards as well. They already have deals like that for the iPhone 6 and 6s. Now there is a ton of competition in the Android camp. Nevermind competition between Android and iOS. Btw every year older Android devices are priced to drop even more than iOS devices. It's because Android devices always push the competition with even more specs and options, especially if you compare them to iPhones.

Except Android trolls here, no one ever complained about iPhones' display being low resolution. Since you are talking about BOGOs and gift cards It's really concerning when 2 months old flagships become part of those BOGOs

Lol it still is as fast as any android phone on the market rendering anything on the internet and gets 2 day battery every single charge and due for 3-4 more years of updates. Great deal and try looking at the stats, it outsells any 2 year old android device also.

They won't do it for this iPhone SE. I've tried before. If you succeed on this one, let me know. I don't mind trying again for this steal, lol.

Were you actually getting a NEW line? You can get these type of deals at best buy.

My brother did for his. I think part of it is being the original purchaser. I can't say I've looked at their policies in a while.

Why the hell would I want to pay real money for this ancient useless phone with a puny 4" screen left over from 2012? You'd have to be the world's biggest moron to fall for this shtty deal.

Come on you 2, (you know who you are) for someone that wants a phone for calls , texting and mess around on social media the phone is a great deal. Not everyone want to pay or can pay hundreds for a phone.

What is the cheapest out-the-door cost? My best guess is $49.99 for the iPhone SE + $35 for the least expensive monthly plan + $30 minimum refill card = $114.99 + tax
