nuqneH – this is how you say "Hello!" in Klingon, and we totally didn't Google it, like, two minutes ago. Too bad that this fascinating, extra-terrestrial language isn't featured as a course in the apps we're about to introduce you to. Many languages spoken on planet Earth, however, are, and you can learn their basics for absolutely free.

We did some digging on the popular app stores in search of the best free apps for those who wish to learn a foreign language, be it Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, or any other popular language you can think of.
