12.9-inch iPad Pro concept render looks unreal

12.9-inch iPad Pro concept render looks unreal
It looks like in the lull after the CES eruption, designers are taking this as the perfect time to get some attention for their concept renders of rumored devices. Earlier today, we saw concept renders of and iWatch S and iWatch C. We also saw a render of an iPhone 6 not too long ago, and the same team that made that is back with a 12.9-inch iPad Pro concept render.

SET Solution seemed a bit prescient with its "Eye ID" concept, as a new rumor has mentioned Apple considering a retina scanner for the next iPhone. But, its concept render for a "13-inch iPad Pro" is a bit unreal... and not in a good way. It simply doesn't look real at all. The render is poor quality, and the only features of note in the concept are the slim profile, the dual flash (from the iPhone 5s), and the TouchID fingerprint scanner (ibid). Overall, there isn't much to get excited about.

We would have preferred to see a render that showed the device as a potential tablet/laptop hybrid, and something of an iPadBook Air (as we've dreamed of before.)

With no horizontal border, it looks like toy with no use.

This company makes the fugliest concepts, why keep posting useless articles featuring their fake designs. Your friend work there or something?

As I've said before, a pro line with that size screen needs to be a hybrid(laptop/tablet). Other than that it's pointless. Are people going to start saying they can't see a tiny 10 inch screen? Lol! This has to stop. The ipad mini is the best selling ipad for a reason.

Yeah, a 12.9 inch device running iOS 7 is uselessly large, hopefully it will be a new operating system that combines OSX and iOS.

I like it but iPad's in general need more now. Like Samsung's S-Pen and 4 apps on display at once. Not just bigger versions of tablet apps.
