10 features that we now know are coming to the HTC One M9
If you were hoping for a big surprise come March 1st – when HTC is set to announce the One M9 – you should probably stop counting on it. At least two official video commercials and one promotional render have been leaked and accounted for, providing us with an early glimpse into the One M9's feature set. That cat is out of the bag, as they say.

Despite these meaty leaks, we still can't claim to know all the essentials around the HTC, though it doesn't feel like we're awfully far. Just from looking at said commercials, we were able to spot about 10 separate features that will be part of the M9's offering, and we thought it's a good idea we outlined those findings and shared them with you. Whether we're talking changes to the hardware and software buttons' design, the new and improved Sense 7.0 UI, or the seemingly confirmed UltraPixel selfie camera, it's fair to say that we're looking at a worthwhile reveal.

Let's begin.

At first I thought of complaining about the bezels but then I realised HTC has the best speakers among smart phones.

As I have said thin other posts the new design can not be done without big rand d due to the speakers being at the edge, not going to happen due to the size of them.

Sorry a decoy would never have press release infomercials. Im a fan of HTC, but I cant dismiss this as fake. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

Yes. I don't like that bezel doenside, but it seems that it must be there because of speakers. So,I will buy it! Silver-gold version.

I wouldn't exactly call a protruding camera a "feature" lol. A physical feature, yes but not "and now featuring...a protruding camera!"

You forgot to mention the black bar that NO ONE WANTS. I hope that camera is scratch proof.

Dual tone unibody looks awesome!

2 variants with single tone color > one with dual tone. I just hope they make a single silver anodized cariant like the good ol' M7.

Best design and UI. All they needed to do was fix the camera and chip, which they did. So this phone will be the best android. Good job HTC.

Apart from the htc users that got now, it will not sell when users go Into the shops as it looks like last years design and the year before that , same problem samsung started to have, but not this year, all new for them. This is the wrong year for htc to be the same

I think these are decoy versions because if not then I believe Peter Chou has to go. He was stubborn on the whole ultrapixel thing and it show his stubbornness here two if the design is not some what tweaked. It is still a nice phone but it would be what the M8 should have been as an upgrade to the M7. I guess we will see March 1st.

A "DECOY" would not have press release promo and infomercials. yes the render was pretty but there's no denying that is the real deal. Lets hope the M9plus gives us a Plus and not just a bigger screen.

Making the front camera a UP camera will suck ass... That's like going backwards from their already amazing 5MP front camera. I know I'm a M8 owner.

Could have upgraded the main camera when they were doing the upgrade from M7-M8, instead HTC decided to be cheap and maintain the crappy camera that majority of the M7 users complain about. My experiences with HTC M8, taught me to never buy another device from HTC again.

Well actually, and may be some of you may disagree with me but, I like the design. Whether it is the same as its predecessor or not. All what I hope is, that the Snapdragon 810 has ZERO problems, i.e. no overheating g or GPU or memory controller problems, specially this wicked overheating problem that will lead the phone to throttle badly. That may ruin the whole experience in my opinion. Anyways, March 1st is never far anymore. Let's wait and see.
