iOS 7 beta 3 is available with full change log in tow
As expected (and on schedule), beta 3 of iOS 7 is available to download for developers using an iPhone, iPod touch, iPad or iPad mini. Folks that are set up with the beta OS can grab the update over the air.

As one might expect with the development of any high-profile software platform, there is a lengthy change log noting remedies or work-arounds for several issues that have been discovered along the way to seeing iOS make its debut to the masses later this summer.

The change log acknowledges the known issues and the work-arounds for developers as they optimize their apps for the new operating system. Among the changes are items that affect contact pictures, iCloud, Messages, and more.

These notes are relevant to the iOS SDK so the change log is not relevant to the end-user experience. Along with the change log there are expected bug fixes tagging along as well.  The whole change log is pretty long, we encapsulated it in the "press release" link below to save space.
