This curved iPhone 6 concept borrows the iPod Touch design language, is looking awesome
Every now and then, we like having a break from reality, and indulge into the guilty pleasure that smartphone concept videos are. Realistically speaking, very few of those would ever stand a chance of being made, but that's not the point at all. We humans simply love to dream up concepts -- any concepts -- and there's an argument to be made about their value in creating the world of tomorrow.

Now, what we really liked about this one is that it strikes a fine balance. It's pretty realistic, but also forward-looking (outwards-flexed screen), it's also markedly different from the current iPhone, but at the same time very Apple-like. We really dig it, so take a look and let us know what you thought.

There were a bunch of simlar concepts during the run-up to the iP4S launch. Then everyone got all disappointed when the 4S was released. Personally, I am going to wait until the iP6 actually launches. If it has a camera with true OIS, I might get excited. But not until.

Looks like the iPhone 5C but with an aluminum back, not bad actually.

iPhone always have good looking concept but reality? it's sucks... What happen to iPhone 5 and 5S? yes they have the "premium" metal but those screen size, thick bezel, not to mention almost 100% same design.

My main problem with the new iPod Touch is that it's a slippery little bugger but Apple was always known for form over function, even if the form hobbles the function. I hope Apple doesn't make the next iPhone super thin, smooth and fragile like they did with the iPod Touch. Make it a little thicker for a larger battery (battery life is pretty short on the 5 and 5S despite what apple diehards say), give it a grippy texture, thin out the top and side bezels a bit (top bezels should be priority as the sides aren't too bad), and do something other than glass wrapped aluminum.

Agreed due to light weight and it's slim profile my iPod touch feel so fragile and slippery yet it is quite strong i assure ya. Maybe because it has rounded edges or curvy back cover? Mine still survive after more than 3 times drop, this "premium" material actually shocking me "literally" and i hate it... Larger battery will meet our needs

This is stupid. Not only is Apple trying to get THINNER, and a curved outward screen would make the phone THICKER, but outward curved screens are not ergonomic and Apple prides itself on simple and stunning and "feels natural" type of designs. This would go against that natural feel, especially against the face.

I remember holding an ipod touch and thinking that if Apple ever made an iPhone that felt like this I'd definitely buy it. I hope that they do borrow elements from the iPod touch as it's much friendlier to the touch but still sturdy and well-built.

I don't like this, no offense but it makes me think about the 3GS and it looks to plain. Make if the iphone 6 doesn't meet my needs I'm going to Nokia. I'm getting a ipad soon and I can do my itunes apps and videos from that.

Apple will probably stick with the same basic design language from the past 4 years and make yet another clone of the iPhone 4/4s/5/5s
