Sprint launches Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus BOGO offer

Sprint launches Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus BOGO offer
Following similar offers in the past few months for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the LG G5, Sprint has just launched a BOGO (buy one get one free) promotion for Apple's current-gen iPhone series.

Both the 4.7-inch Apple iPhone 6s and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6s Plus are available as part of Sprint's promotion, which seems like a run-of-the-mill carrier BOGO deal.

To be eligible for the promotion, customers must be up for an upgrade and also need to add at least one new line of service to their Sprint subscription. Like all carrier BOGO carrier offers, you'll actually have to purchase both phones, and Sprint will reimburse the price of the second one through monthly service credit. It makes no difference if you plan to purchase the phones through a monthly installment plan, leasing, or a combination of the two, as Sprint will still deem you eligible for the promotion.

Along with its iPhone 6s BOGO promotion, Sprint has also announced a $200 price cut on the latest iPads for those who get both an iPhone and iPad through its equipment installment plan.

Sprint did not announce a timeframe for its Apple iPhone 6s BOGO promotion, but judging on Sprint's previous BOGO offers for the LG G5 and the Samsung Galaxy S7, this one will probably hang around for a few weeks.

Let's see what the fans say about this? Gotta move that stock that isn't moving...right? For me, any BOGO deal is a good deal no matter what the reason, whether its slowed sales or not. Getting 2 phones for the price of one is a deal no matter the brand.

The problem is, you have to buy it on a monthly installment plan, which IMO, sucks, I would really rather just pay the whole price upfront and get the phone.

I think it has more to do with Sprint's lack of sales than anything. And why are you even talking when Samsungs launch on larger carriers on release with BOGO deals, and VR headsets, and other junk. You're seriously the most annoying user on here.

At least carriers/Samsung give free junk (as you put it) away. When was the last time apple gave free junk away. I'm not talking a Bogo on phones.

Here's what a real iFan thinks: This is the time that iPhone sales slow down there's only a few months left for a new iPhone to be released and most "iFans" are gonna wait for new, because #everyone-loves-new-things. These offers are usually made by carriers and retailers to sell you their own product - cellular service. They use popular devices to promote themselves. They did this when Samsung comes out with new models, sometimes with LG and HTC products too. iPhones are pretty much always popular among general public - so when there's no big names with new products they revert back to Apple. OR - they're just getting rid of stock before the new models comes out. Seems a little early for that - that's why I think above is the reason, but I'm not on that business, I guess they know better.

It's funny how fandroids keep generating more views for Apple articles than their beloved brands and OS, it's like hamsters rolling on a cage wheel, they can't scape the trap
