Soft gold OnePlus 3 color option teased by the manufacturer

OnePlus recently took to Weibo to tease the upcoming soft gold OnePlus 3 color option.

When the OnePlus 3 was officially unveiled, the manufacturer said that its newest flagship will be offered in two color versions. Ever since the OnePlus 3 launched last month, however, the only color variant that the young startup offered has been the graphite version.

If you're interested in purchasing the third-gen 'Flagships Killer' but are looking for a flashier option, you'll be glad to know that OnePlus recently took to Chinese microblogging website Weibo to tease the upcoming soft gold version of the OnePlus 3.

Unless something very unexpected happens, the soft gold OnePlus 3 color option will be just that, a variant that modifies the paint job alone and maintains the rest of the hardware.

At this point, the OnePlus 3 doesn't need any sort of introduction, but in case you just got back from an unusually long vacation, the main highlights of the phone include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset with 6GB of RAM, a pair of the finest smartphone cameras around, as well as a premium metal body.
