Samsung Z LTE seems to be an upcoming Tizen smartphone
Samsung's first Tizen smartphone, the Z1, isn't exactly an attention grabber: it's just a low-end, sub-$100 handset that was launched earlier this year in select Asian markets. But new Tizen smartphones are likely coming soon, and some of them might be a bit more interesting.
Earlier this month, a few photos of an alleged Samsung Z2 showed up. Now, a new image coming out of South Korea seems to reveal a relatively similar handset (at least when it comes to design), and it's said that this one is called Samsung Z LTE. Obviously, this smartphone should offer 4G connectivity. If the rest of its features are akin to those of the Z2, they could include a 540 x 960 pixels display, 1 GB of RAM, and a 2000 mAh battery.
At the moment, we don't know when and where (or if) the Samsung Z LTE and Samsung Z2 will be released. But it probably won't be long before we hear more about Samsung's plans regarding its Tizen smartphones.
