Nexus One owners get Android 2.2 via OTA upgrade
Wow! Plenty of news on the Froyo front this evening and we will start with the Nexus One. Owners of the N-One are receiving the Android 2.2 upgrade tonight via an OTA upgrade. It's no coincidence that this happens tonight after Google released the source code this afternoon. To see if you have received the upgrade, surf over to Settings > About phone > System updates and Android 2.2 should be there, waiting for you. The build code is FRF83. If you are a N-One owner, drop us a comment below and let us know if you received the upgrade and tell us what you think of it. After all, you will have an audience full of Android owners just dying to hear all about your experiences with 2.2. Remember, this update will allow you to use the Flash Player in the browser. Also, there should be a significant speed bump. The N-One has been overlooked recently by some of the other, higher spec'd phones, but tonight, it's all about the N-One.
