More Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) images leak out - is this a side-positioned speaker we're seeing?

A couple of days ago we showed you a slew of leaked images depicting the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), or at least that's what it looked like. These were taken from a hands-on video that was subsequently taken down from YouTube but the pictures remained.

Now, a flurry of new ones popped up, further giving us some heads-up as to what Samsung has been envisioning for its A series. Just as we already told you, the new A5 will be pretty similar to the Galaxy S7 in terms of general styling, with a bunch of notable differences, of course. The camera at the back is completely flush with the rear of the device and has no heart rate sensor below the flash. We also notice the addition of Samsung's newer Grace UX interface, which is nothing but good news.

There's also a USB Type-C port, which is a sign of the times that will come; also, we once again get to see the side-positioned speaker, which might or might not translate to great audio experience in real-life scenarios.

As far as specs come and go, we expect the Galaxy A5 (2017) to sport a 5.2-inch 1080p display, being powered by an octa-core Exynos 7870 processor. Other features may include 32 GB of expandable storage space and 3 GB of RAM.

Check out the new crop of leaked pics right below.
