The Lumia 950 is back in stock at Microsoft Store (after a short period of unavailability)

At the very end of 2016, Microsoft's US online store stopped selling Lumia smartphones - there was not a single model available to buy. Now, Microsoft is once again offering the Lumia 950, either unlocked, or on AT&T.

The AT&T Lumia 950 costs $298.99, and is available only in white, while the unlocked Lumia 950 can be purchased for $399, only in black.

Microsoft is also listing the Lumia 950 XL, Lumia 640, Lumia 550, and Verizon's Lumia 750 on its online store, though all these models are currently out of stock, and there's no word on when they'll be sold again (if ever).

As you may have heard, the Lumia brand is no longer part of Microsoft's plans for the future, so this is likely one of the last chances to buy a Lumia phone (at least if we're talking about buying directly from Microsoft). So, is anyone interested in getting a Lumia 950 right now?

I find it hard to believe that Windows 10 Mobile is going to ship a lot of devices in Q4 2016, especially when Microsoft only shipped 974 thousand units in Q3 2016.

Must have been some unannounced flaw to justify pulling them from the shelves like that.

They've sold out most of their models from Black Friday and through the Chistmas season. Stock replenishment doesn't seen to be a priority for the online store...

FOLKS THE "MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS" EVENT IS FEBRUARY 27 TO MARCH 2nd 2017. I hope that Microsoft debuts the "Surface" brand of windows 10 mobile smart phones there even though they may not go on sale until late 2017. WHY? because many feel that MS Windows 10 mobile is DEAD ! Microsoft has to show it's alive by introducing it's new brand of Windows 10 Mobile smart phones. A "Surface" ARMS CPU Windows 10 mobile smart phone with Microsoft new X86 emulation software would be a Smart phone / Pocket PC hybrid device. A New class of smart phones that in it's "Continuum mode can run full Windows Desktop Legacy Programs. MS UWP Universal Apps, Windows 10 store Apps, and it's Windows 10 mobile store Apps. you can do a lot things with a smart phone that can run Millions of desktop PC programs as well as it's OWN smart phone apps. this smart phone wont be for everyone but those who have one will have one of the most powerful mobile devices man has ever made. developers would be wise to make apps for it.
