Italian court rejects Samsung’s request for iPhone 4S ban
Back in October, Samsung filed for an injunction against the sale of the iPhone 4S in France and Italy on the grounds of, none other than, patent infringement. As we previously reported, France dismissed Samsung’s request back in the beginning of December. Unfortunately for Sammy, things in Italy are shaping up the same way.  Judge Marina Tavassi of the Tribunale di Milano, the Italian first-instance court for patent cases, has rejected the request for a preliminary injunction in Italy.

It looks like it’s on to the next one for the endless battle between Samsung and Apple.
