Information on new Verizon phones for 2008
As you may have noticed, very often, we are the first and exclusive source of information on the new phones, the U.S. carriers are expected to offer. This proved true with Gleam, FlipShot, VX8350, Z6tv, Juke, U550, U940 Glyde and many more.

We once again bring you the exclusive scoop on the LG VX9100, VX8610, Motorola W755, Nokia 2605 and 7205. Today, there are rumors that the two Nokia phones will come in early Q3. The new information indicates that the VX9100 will also come in maroon color variant, on or around its launch date (expected Q2). New color scheme will also receive the Alias U740, coming in silver.

Motorola Z6cx is a camera-less variant of the global Z6c, with all other features being the same. *Update* It is now available! What is more interesting is the Motorola VU30 (or Motorola UV30 - still not confirmed) which may come with the Intrigue branding.

The following models are expected in the Q3 or Q4:

The new rumor points out that LG will replace its VX8350 and Chocolate, with respectively, the LG VX8360 and LG VX8560. However, the actual replacement of the Chocolate 8550 may be the VX8610(thanks Gene).

Samsung SCH-U810 will be what the Koreans will bring to the carrier. Samsung U810 will have the World Edition branding, just as the Z6c(x) and the 8830, which means it will have CDMA for domestic usage and GSM for overseas.
