Check out the "Let's selfie" video from Microsoft Bangladesh

Check out the
Earlier today, we told you about Microsoft Lumia Bangladesh's record breaking selfie. The photo included 1151 recognizable faces, which is for now the unofficial record until Guinness makes it official. It was snapped using the wide-angle 5MP front-facing camera on the Nokia Lumia 730. Besides taking record-breaking selfies, Microsoft's Bangladesh division also helped produce a music video. "Let's selfie" is the name of the tune, sung by Bengali singer Raef Al Hasan. We shouldn't have to tell you what the song is about as the title is pretty self explanatory.

5MP wide-angle front facing cameras have become the minimum requirement to be considered a "selfie camera." We've seen such a camera on phones like the Nokia Lumia 730 and the HTC One (M8) to name a pair. We've also seen 13MP front-facing cameras on handsets like the HTC Desire EYE and the Oppo N1. In the case of the latter device, it sports a lens that swivels from the back of the camera, to the front. Beefier front-facing cameras could be a huge trend in 2015 as the selfie craze continues to grow.

Check out "Let's selfie" by clicking on the video below. Who knows? You might end up humming the tune for the rest of the weekend.

OMG, it's from where I am living. As long as Nokia name is there people will buy WP phones and snap as much selfie as they like in Bangladesh. Microsoft will have hard time convincing these same people to buy their phone when there's no Nokia name on it. Trust me 90% of the people buy Nokia phone because it has a Nokia name on it. Not because of WP or Microsoft. Like IPhone it's the logo that counts not the OS.
