Batman: Dark Knight Rises Nokia Lumia 800 special edition unveiled
Nokia has lifted the cover off a brand new version of the Nokia Lumia 800 - Batman: Dark Knight Rises aims to become your first batphone, but only if you manage to get your hands on one and that’s already a daunting task. Why? There are only 40 of those made worldwide. Also, it won’t ever go for sale to the general public making your task even harder.

The first and most noticeable thing that makes the Batman: Dark Knight Rises edition of the Lumia 800 is the laser-etched Batman logo on the back. There are also some slight modifications to the software - two of the live tiles were modified to show the Batman logo, but we don’t know if the handset will arrive with any big changes.

The phone posed for the camera just before the IMAX premiere of the Batman movie in London. If for some reason, that’s the exact phone you’ve been waiting for, we’d suggest you keep your eyes on auction sites like eBay in the near future - but the price probably won’t make you happy. Check out the quick unboxing video of the Batman: Dark Knight Rises Nokia Lumia 800 below.

Okay, was the R2-D2 Droid special Edition really ever in demand? Maybe LG will come out with a special edition 3D phone for "Piranha DD" next summer.....

If all it is is just for looks and all about the outside and nothing in the inside then later for that stupid Bat phone. If there's no WOW factor then in there then later gator. I can draw my own pic of a Bat, a fish, a cat, a dog, etc...Hey Noki get with the program, it's not what we need, it's what we want. Get with it if you want to stay in it..

There is one for sale on eBay UK - can't find any completed listings anywhere or any previous sales.. wonder how much it will go for?
