B&H is offering the 16GB Google Nexus 5X at a killer price (today only)
B&H is currently offering the Google Nexus 5X with 16GB of storage at just under $230.

The Nexus 5X has made its way into multiple promotions since it's launch, but this is the lowest price we've ever seen. The deal is good for both the White and the Mint color options, and the retailer is also throwing in two screen protectors with each purchase.

These are unlocked brand new Google Nexus 5X units with manufacturer warranty. They are compatible with GSM carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile but won't work on Verizon or Sprint.

If you're on the market for a potent smartphone that doesn't break the bank, this is one heck of a deal. If you agree, make sure to hurry; the deal will expire at midnight.

The Nexus 5X is very tough to beat at this price. The specs include a 5.2-inch display running a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset with a hexa-core CPU, and a 12MP primary camera.

On the software side, an area where Nexus phones shine compared to third-party OEM smartphones, the Google Nexus 5X currently runs a vanilla version of Android 6.1 Marshmallow. Since this is a current-generation Google Nexus smartphone, the handset will be one of the firsts to receive the commercial version of Android N.

Apparently today is Deal Day in the US smartphone market. A few minutes ago, we talked about a promo code that can net you $300 off any high-end Verizon smartphone, then we highlighted that an open-box Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is going for just $430 on eBay.

What do you guys think of this deal? Can you think of a better Android smartphone at this price?

OR, if you dont use that much data, save $30 and get it for $199 with Project Fi... just saying... My main phone, someone else pays for, AT&T Note 4, my backup phone, Nexus 6 project Fi (I pay for, $25 a month since I dont use data)...

That's brilliant. I considered doing that but once I did the math, it came out to be about the same after taxes and fees. Some people might be luckier, but the taxes+fees killed whatever savings I was going to have with that.

I've been on Google Fi for 4 months now and I've saved almost $250 without really changing any of my phone habits. I love it!

That's only if you don't use a lot of data otherwise Fi is a useless service.

I bet you'd be saying it was innovative and revolutionary if Apple had thought of it.

Aka, I don't have a real counter argument, so I deflect by bringing Apple into it.

Please you thought that Apple forcing it's users to stick it in the other hole was revolutionary. http://www.phonearena.com/news/Apple-to-use-Lightning-port-for-earbuds-and-headphones_id56904 LOL, Tim Cook could give you a Cleveland Steamer and you would think it was the greatest thing ever.

And you're desperate for an iPhone "My body is ready!" it's sad that the only time in your like you'll hear those words in in the context of you wanting a new phone.

What the what lol? Was that supposed to make sense?

I'm implying that you'll never hear a girl say that to you. s**t, I didn't realize that you were that slow, I guess I'll have to explain everything to you and draw out diagrams so your little brain can comprehend the meaning. Oh, and unless you couldn't put 2 and 2 together, "like" was also a typo.... it should have been "life".... oh the hell with it, a good joke down the drain because someone's too stupid to understand.

Not my fault you were too stupid to make a coherent comment with terrible spelling. Get over it. You got called out.

You might have actually gotten me with that insult if your comments weren't worse than mine. And yes, I did call myself out, but you're too egotistical do admit when you're wrong.

Aka, I'm deflecting because Mxy just called out my hypocrisy and made me look like a tool.

Hey, speaking of deflecting, why is that the only thing you do in the link below? http://www.phonearena.com/news/Moto-Mods-prices-leaked-by-Verizon-prepare-to-pay-premium_id82111/comments ... It's like you got caught being a dumb ass and refuse to admit it.

Especially with Android, if you are not in a hurry, just wait six month period. There are so many of them, they(OEM) have no choice but to lower the prices. I'm waiting to around the holidays to get the 1+ 3

This is true. Hopefully it will go down to the price you want.

It's a trap!!! Do not buy the Nexus 5X with 16 GB!!! You'll regret it as soon as Android N is officially released! Seamless updates creates a new partition on your device's storage and creates a redundant image of your OS so the secondary partition will receive the update, the next time you restart your phone, it loads the other partition and suddenly you have the updated OS without the installing or app optimizing screens, but it means your OS takes up twice the space leaving you with next to no space for anything else. If you plan on getting a phone with Android N, it's 32 GB or more. Nothing less will do.

I wouldn't waste my money on the 5X because it's an insult to its predecessor and because it's 16GB. This is 2016. No mainstream phone should be 16GB.

But you'll waste even more of your money on a lesser phone from Apple.

You should get some preparation h for that butthurt.

Hey, the comment likes always seem to be in my favor. Maybe it's about time you admit that you're living a lie. And admit to the truth that everyone already knows.
