As much as some people would've lovedto sport an Android powered smartphone bearing the name of one hipmoving international singer, the Sony Ericsson Shakira is nowreceiving an appropriate name fit to follow its bigger brother. Nowthat its name is being changed to the Sony Ericsson Xperia X8, itnaturally will be a step below the X10 and is positioned to be amid-range offering from the manufacturer. There are also plenty ofimages that give us a good look at the upcoming Android handset whichdoesn't stray too far from the usual design mix out of Sony Ericsson oflate. Slightly bigger than both the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini andmini pro, the X8 would make a decent addition to the growing Xperialine.
