Android Oreo Beta 4 update now rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+, see what's new

The fourth beta build of Android Oreo for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ is now rolling out. Users who have signed up for the program can check if the update is available by going to Settings > Software Updates > Download Updates Manually.

The update should bump the software version of the two 2017 flagships to ZQL8. With a size of 850MB, this patch is rather hefty, so make sure you're connected to a Wi-Fi network before proceeding with the download.

The latest beta version introduces a new security patch (likely the December one), and a barrage of bug fixes. You can see the entire changelog below.

The update is currently live in the UK, but it shouldn't take long before it makes its way to the US. If you're wondering when an official Oreo build will become available to the Galaxy S8 and S8+, the major software update is slated for a late January/early February 2018 release.
