128GB Asus Zenfone 2 coming to Flipkart

5comments

The Asus Zenfone 2 sold out rather fast in India. The device was offered by online retailer Flipkart. The latter managed to sell out 25,000 units of the phone immediately after launching the device on April 23rd. The high-end variant is the model that is grabbing the attention of smartphone fans as it was the first smartphone to be introduced with 4GB of RAM. Earlier today, we told you that the Zenfone 2 would be unveiled for North America on May 18th.

A new version of the Asus Zenfone 2 has been discovered on Flipkart, although it is listed as "coming soon." This model comes with a whopping 128GB of native storage and is priced at the equivalent of $472 USD. That makes it the most expensive variant of the Zenfone 2 to be offered. y€ou can pre-register the phone from Flipkart by clicking on the sourcelink. All that means is that you will be notified when Flipkart has the phone in stock. You are not reserving the phone and no money changes hands.

While Flipkart is presently sold out of the Zenfone 2, the word is that the manufacturer will replenish Flipkart's inventory of the phone sometime in the middle of next month. We should point out that the Zenfone 2 does come with a 64GB capacity microSD slot. Unless you plan on loading up your phone with tons of media and content, you should be able to make do with the 32GB model or the 64GB version which are priced at $316 USD and $363 USD, respectively.
