Sony Xperia Z5 Premium: 10 exciting features
With the Xperia Z5 Premium, Sony is back on the trailblazing seat, being a pioneer once again by introducing the first phone with UltraHD 4K display resolution ever to grace the face of Mother Earth.

Take it or leave it, the phone does high-res like no other, as it also has the most pixel-resolute camera in the Android universe, and can upscale existing content to 4K automatically for displaying on the bright, beautiful 5.5" panel.

These are the unique selling points of the phone at first blush, but there are many more features worthy of our attention here, so let's recap what Sony is offering here with the Z5 Premium.

Maybe I missed it but when is this going to come out? Also is Sony going to get the carrier issue straightened out?

Optical Image Stabilisation? Seriously Sony, you can make the worlds smallest 20X Optical zoom camera and still have incredible image stabilisation in the WX350 and yet you can't translate that technology into a phone, where's your head at?

Well this is the first sony phone to ever get my attention. Might have to consider one of these beasts over the note 5.

Love how they implement fingerprint scanner that way, not like the uncreative Samsung and their chinese friends way.

I like the chrome one too but still hesitant with the mirror-like back finish getting scratches eventually although it says that it is chemical-tempered glass protected.

I was thinking of a clear case. I would get a clear case as well if I were to get the S6, S6 Edge and maybe the Note 5 because they are all too pretty to be covered up.

Actually DIS on Sony's Xperia better than OIS on any Android phone and it's in par with iPhone 6 plus OIS.

You are right, except that it is only available in video mode, unfortunately DIS is pointless for long exposure photography. What I want to see is Sony DIS partnered with OIS.. that would be a sight to behold.
