Samsung Galaxy S7 design allegedly revealed, Galaxy S7 Plus could sport a 6-inch screen
Last week, we heard that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 would not bring a major design change compared to the Galaxy S6 series. Now, thanks to several leaked renders, we may have an early look at what no major design change actually means.

Said Galaxy S7 renders were revealed by case maker ITSkins, and show a device that largely resembles the regular Galaxy S6, with one noticeable differences: the home button is now rectangular, and doesn't have the rounded shape of the home buttons included on the Galaxy S6 family. Reportedly, the Galaxy S7 measures 143.37 x 70.8 x 6.94 mm, being just about the same size as the Galaxy S6 (143.4 x 70.5 x 6.8 mm), though a hair thicker. The rear camera bump is there to stay, and so is an accompanying LED flash, plus a heart rate sensor. If these dimensions are correct, the Galaxy S7 certainly sports a 5.1-inch display, like its predecessor.

More interestingly is the fact that, allegedly, there's also a Galaxy S7 Plus handset that measures 163.32 x 82.01 x 7.82 mm. This means the S7 Plus is larger than the 5.7-inch Galaxy S6 edge+ (154.4 x 75.8 x 6.9 mm), being about the same size as the 6-inch Galaxy Mega 2 (163.6 x 84.9 x 8.6 mm). Thus, we can assume that the Galaxy S7 Plus sports a 6-inch display.

Of course, for now there's no way to verify the details presented above. Samsung will likely announce the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Plus in February during MWC 2016. What do you hope to see from the S7 series?

Samsung should I say have to be the most inconsistent of companies if these rumours drill through. Why not continue with a regular S7 & S7 Edge together with the S7 Edge+ & Note 6, but no, they had to (which is yet to be seen) ditch the base Edge model. Reason why I love Apple, they run things superbly, if not, almost. (no fanboyism attached) AND WHAT'S WITH THOSE UGLY SENSOR PLACEMENTS? O,M, G, IS THAT THE CAMERA PLACEMENT I SEE NEAR THE EDGE? O, M, f**kEN, G, A RECTANGULAR HOME BUTTON? If this comes to life (which I hope not), Samsung might as well kiss 2016 sales, "goodbye."

I hope they do a premium design this time. Metal back. Not glass. Bring back the water resistant of the durable S5. That would be cool. Not to forget usb type c.

Looks like all metal based on image #3. Though my Galaxy S6 looks cool with its glass but glass is not scratch resistant

These are freaking early renders of the Galaxy S6 Am sure S7 won't look like this... Never possible to Resemble a previous flagship by this margin.

I'd really like it if the back panel glass is curved like the Note 5.

I hope they finally listened to me and put a physical camera button on it. Now be a god dog and include a pair of hi-end level in2 in the box, with ergonomic design for a change (original level in sucked).

why GS5 ruled ? Because of 3 ultimate phone features: 1. Waterproof!! 2. Micro SD card expansion slot 3. Replaceable battery I would settle for two of the three since I am a reasonable man. No less.

If this is what Samsung is going to do with their phones from here on out...........I'll stay with my Note 4 because I don't like the non-removable battery and memory storage option.

Very S4ish design. Looks like the bezels are bigger than on the Galaxy S6. Hopefully fake.

More like CDMA carriers like Sprint and Verizon will get the 820 and AT&T and TMOBILE will get Exynos like it was before the S6.
