Palm Pre Plus advertisement for AT&T looks to be a step in the right direction
Call it a major makeover or transformation, but we are beginning to see Palm move in the correct direction despite the glaring knowledge that the company can find itself being snatched up. One area that clearly is looking to move in the right spot is the recent new AT&T advertisement that shows off the many features that come along the Palm Pre Plus – it literally goes straight into what it can actually do as opposed to making you wonder for yourself. Unlike the indirect campaign seen with the Sprint advertisement and the targeted female audience for Verizon, AT&T's advertisement dives straight into the matter on hand without filling in any wasted space. From the looks of it, the best thing that Palm has done right so far was leaving their advertising agency in the dust not too long ago. We'll see if this new outlook can have a drastic affect on sales, if not, then the move was just a little bit too late.

I agree and even the commment in the article, the majority owner has to choose to sell enough shares to allow someone to take over. If Palm is sold it will be their decision, I don't think Palm has lost hope. Look at Apple years ago compared today.

CDMA wasn't their issue.

I am tired of the Palm rips too. I mean, I used to bag on Motorola, but that's because they kept putting out the same phone. Palm actually comes up with a good OS and a genuinely good phone and all I hear are people almost hoping that the company fails. It's moronic and immature.
