Nokia X2 lands on T-Mobile's prepaid lineup for $79.99
Right on cue, the Nokia X2 has landed on T-Mobile’s lineup as a prepaid option starting today. Priced at $79.99, it seems like a justifiable price point considering that you’re not required to sign any lengthy contracts with it.

The Series 40 messaging phone should be a hit for those heavy into text messaging since it packs a portrait style keyboard – and at the same time, provides an affordable alternative for a BlackBerry. Specifically, the Nokia X2 features a 2.4” QVGA (240 x 320) display, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 3.5mm headset jack, and 1-click access to email and chat.

We’ve seen the carrier off Nokia devices in the past, like the Nuron and E73 Mode, but this might be the least time we’ll see the carrier offer a Series 40 handset now that Nokia has signed a pact with Microsoft.
