Microsoft's Office Insider Program is now available for iPhone and iPad users
Microsoft's Office Insider Program is coming to iOS, more than a year after its initial release for Windows. iPhone and iPad users that are subscribed to Office 365 can now request to participate in the program in order to receive early access to builds of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
Office Insider allows users to provide feedback to Microsoft by detecting and reporting any issues that might be present in early preview builds of the Office package. The program is typically available in two levels – Slow and Fast, the difference between the two being that Office Insider Slow offers early access to fully supported builds of the apps, while Office Insider Fast provides access the earliest preview versions, which are released more frequently, but also might not work properly.
Currently, only the Fast level of the program is available to iOS users and in limited numbers, so if you wish to become an Office Insider, you will have to submit your application as soon as possible.
