HTC Vigor gets one step closer to reality as it receives its Bluetooth certification
Already, we know what to expect with the upcoming HTC Vigor – a device that's shaping up to become a juggernaut with its ridiculous high-end specs. Hinting towards that inevitable release, the handset recently received its Bluetooth certification.
Although it might not particularly sound all that impressive beyond the laundry list of hardware expected to be on board with the handset, we’re presented with the confirmation that it’ll be supporting the Bluetooth 3.0 standard. Moreover, it features some of the common items you’d expect to see nowadays – such as support for A2DP 1.2 and hands-free profile 1.5. Moreover, it was found being approved back on July 14th.
Besides the monster 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM it’s rumored to be packing for the ride, it’s also said to incorporate the latest Adreno 220 GPU as well. So far, the rumors have it on track for an October 6 release date.
