Final Fight Z, a zombie shooter, is released as Windows Phone-exclusive
Meet Final Fight Z - one of those mobile games that don't rely on beautiful 3D graphics or mesmerising soundtrack, but on addictive action-packed gameplay and diversity to attract gamers' attention. Final Fight Z is a minimalistic, 2D sandbox shoot 'em up game and it does not have a storyline or missions for the gamers to follow. It's a sandbox shooting fiesta, which has all the perks to keep you entertained for some time.

The goal of Final Fight Z is simple – to survive as long as you can. Players take control of a nameless protagonist, who is stranded on a barren land, which is swarming with zombies. The hordes of hungry undead will approach you from each side and will try to eat your brain or at least bite a big chunk of your pixelated body. Thankfully, you won't be given a single gun with several bullets and required to repel countless waves of undead cadavers. Quite the contrary, actually - you will have access to a wide arsenal of various machine guns, shotguns, rocket launchers, flamethrowers, and even laser guns, which will help you annihilate as many zombies as you can.

In addition, in order to reduce the zombies' chances of successfully eating their guts, players can pick up several power-ups that give extended life, invulnerability, increased speed, faster fire rate, and so on.

Controlling your character is very simple. An on-screen joystick on the left side of the screen allows you to control your movement, while another one on the right enables you to shoot your weapon in any direction (which you would be doing almost all the time if you want to survive).

Final Fight Z also comes with a global leaderboard, which allows players to compare their achievements and accomplishments between one another.

Final Fight Z is currently exclusive for Windows Phone devices and there is no word if the action-packed game will land on either iOS or Android. Final Fight Z is free to download and play.

LoL, what the crap?! I know they weren't going for intense graphics, but they could have at least made a little character and zombies. Not Green and Beige circles.
