Deal: BestBuy offering the Google Nexus 9 for $75 off this weekend

If you've been holding off the purchase of the HTC-made Google Nexus 9 until a good deal rears its head, this may be your lucky day. BestBuy is now offering the latest Google Nexus tablet, in both 16GB and 32GB variants, at $75 off the usual price. If that sounds like a good deal, then time is of the essence, as the offer is only available during this weekend.

BestBuy currently sells the 16GB version of the Google Nexus 9 at a price of $325, while the 32GB version of the tablet is priced at $405. The tablets are available in either Lunar White or Indigo Black. Google offers the same tablets at $400 and $480 through Google Play.

Just in case you need a quick refresher, the Google Nexus 9 comes with a 8.9-inch display with a resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels at a 4:3 aspect ratio. Under the hood beats the heart of a Denver-based Nvidia Tegra K1, one of the fastest chips currently available on Android tablets. Other specs include 2GB of RAM, an 8MP primary camera, a 1.6MP secondary shooter, a 6700mAh battery, as well as a pure-vanilla version of Android.
