Apple pushes out third beta of iOS 4.3 to developers
Developers are undoubtedly getting dibs today from Apple now that it looks like the third beta of iOS 4.3 is being pushed out.

Obviously, there are scant details regarding the new stuff found with iOS 4.3 beta 3 build 8F5166b, but since we've already seen a few noteworthy items with previous betas, there is nonetheless some anticipation rolling along with this one. However, one new feature that has been discovered thus far is the ability to cancel App Store downloads. Sure it might not be a groundbreaking new thing, but at least it's something different.

In any event, we're confident that a list of things will start to ooze out regarding this third beta over the course of the next couple of days. But we're sure that there are more important things in the horizon on the minds of Verizon customers.
