8 minor changes in iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus that you might have missed
Without a doubt, the leitmotif of the week has been the announcement of the newest iPhones – an event which we closely followed as it unfolded. The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, as they are called, are faster, stronger, and more capable than their predecessors, not to mention their innovative 3D Touch features and promising cameras.

These, however, should be all changes you're familiar with, especially if you've been keeping an eye on our news feed. That's why we thought we'd put together a list of noteworthy changes that didn't get quite as much attention – minor changes that you might have missed. These include under-the-hood upgrades to the smartphones' radios as well as improvements to their video recording capabilities. Some new activity tracking goodies you might not known about have also been thrown in. And there's also a small detail about the size and weight of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus that can't go unmentioned. Flip through the slideshow below to learn more.

Now we know why they put in low power mode. It's gonna need it too, could've kept the same size battery.

14g is a lot. Is the difference in weight really that high? Lol

If you're being serious & you really think 14g is a significant amount, go to the gym. You clearly need it.

Just don't buy if you're not satisfied. It's when we buy that allow apples to pull another Apple next year. They are so many nice choices out there if the IOS isn't your main thing. This year has so many nice phones which everyone knows are as good or better than the iPhone's. So let your nags equal not buying. Simple

That same thing I've been saying. When I first wanted an iphone which was the 3GS, I said I would wait until it hits VZW and when its a model that had a bigger display and better features. So the iPhone 4 at the time was the biggest upgrade in the iPhone and it was a nice phone too. Still prefer the 3GS. But now, as long as stupid people keep accepting less, Apple will still give less while charging more somewhere. Liek for example, the iPhone 6's still cost the same, but yet they made a replacement program just for the 6 so if it gets damaged you could replace it by paying 50% of the retail cost. No other iPhone had this. Could it have been because they knew it was more fragile? Maybe because they knew it would bend easily? We may never know, but other iphone damaged easily too, but they ddint have such a replacement program. Apple knows how to get extra money from the simpletons. The best way to get an OEm to give you what you want, if to not buy what you dont really want. If a phone doesnt offer the features you want, but there is a phone that does, then why not buy the one you want even if that means its another brand. Because I can say for a certainly, if just 10% of the usual buyers of iPhone didnt buy this year and all went and bought Samsung's, I can guarantee the next iPhone will at the very least match the S6 and S6 Edge Plus in speed, specs and more. All Apple needs is to have paid for 90M components thinking 90M phones are goign to sell by XMAS, and by XMAS only have sold 40%, they will be shocked, they will be pissed and I assure you Tim Cook will make sure the next iPhone will be awesome. This is what Windows users did to Microsoft for Vista, even though 300M still bought it, this is what they did for Windows 8 and likely Windows 10 if MS didnt give it away for free for the first year. We need to tell all OEMs we dont like what you are giving us by not buying it. The sales of the S5 were quite high, but lower than the 100M Samsung expected, so they made a radical change to the S6. I am betting if the S5 had sold well as expected, the S6 likely wouldn't have had this new ground up change. Samsung made this move, not to prove they could do it, but to insure healthy sales of the S and Note which surely dwindled with the S5 and Note 4. As long as Apple see people still buy their low spec;d overprice products year after year with no significant changes, why would they change. See other OEM only do small changes too, but they arent charging and arm and a leg for them.

Another hog will be always on Siri. With Google now, I have it set to come on when the phones on.

AFAIK its not a hog on the 2013 Moto X So I don't see why Apple would have issues trying now

Yeah I leave my Nexus 6 off charge through the night, only dropping 1% over 8 hours with Google Now listening with screen off. Apple shouldn't have too much difficulty with this, hopefully. Although 1% of 3200 is quite different to 1700

So if you have a truly optically stabilized image sensor it should work at all times and not need to be enabled to work during certain scenarios. Like for 4k recording, how would the lens stop floating and float during 1080p and lower resolution recording?

Just curious, why did they even upgrade bluetooth if it has such limited use in iPhones?

If #1 point (Higher resolution panoramas) is true then it's truly awesome. That looks like a DSLR shot.
