iOS 8 is finally here, and you guys sporting an iPhone, iPad, or even an iPod touch (5th gen) can go ahead and download the update right now. Yep, that's the beauty of Apple's ecosystem.

Now, it's pretty cool that users from all around the world can now get their hands on Apple's latest mobile platform, but we've already said in our review that there are many major changes in iOS 8 that aren't visible right away. To learn more about those under-the-hood improvements in depth, reading our review will be your best option. However, exactly how does iOS 8 build onto the solid foundation that iOS 7 was? Well, Apple has done some pretty neat things improving some aspects of the system's functionality that were already available in some form.
