Walmart already carries Pixel 3 XL protectors to reiterate a chin-y, notch-y design
In case it hasn't become clear from all the leaked Pixel 3 XL images and even videos, Google is indeed going with a notch-y design at the front, and is unlikely to pull a last-minute save by unveiling a completely different design in a few weeks.

The latest tangential confirmation of that comes courtesy of none other than Walmart, whose website now carries a 2-pack of Supershieldz screen protectors meant for the upcoming Pixel 3 XL. Order now, and you will be receiving them by October 2, or, a little bit before Google actually takes the stage to announce the Pixel 3 XL.

The leaked notch-y design with big chin at the bottom has inspired many an unhappy fan in the last few weeks, but let's wait to see what Google actually has in store for the phone, and roll out the first reviews.

The Pixels usually have big bragging rights in the camera department, after all, and we can't wait to see what improvements the Pixel 3 and 3 XL will bring in that respect.

It doesn't matter if it has a notch or not, because Android pie gives its users the option in the settings to use the notch or not worth use it. Plus all apps will work without the need to modify any of the apps. Unlike Apple and its iOS. Apple has forced all of its developers to support the notch, or your app will be rejected. With Android you can make apps the way you always did. You don't have to support a notch.

Can they just pack everything (speaker/cameras) in the top or bottom bezel?.

You seem to forget or have never used a Pixel before. Because some bezel is needed, especially for VR like Daydream or Cardboard. Otherwise you would get outside light leaking in.

Not bad at all I will probably get one because of the screen size.

It actually doesn't look so bad. Maybe that was Google's plan. To get us used to it before blindly unveiling it. Lower the shock value.

I thing Google give us a choice notch for more screen or disable notch and notification bar under the "notch" aka little brother pixel 3

Not a problem. Yes the notch is deeper than most. Matches the bottom depth. But it's also narrower than Apple. So about the same amount of real estate lost. Different strokes for different folks. Hey, there is nothing uglier than Apples huge protruding black cameras on the back of their dainty glass phones. Looks like a cancerous growth of some kind. Nobody is perfect. Give Google some credibility for having a head.
