Video from China shows Windows 10 for Phones in action
The latest leak pertaining to Windows 10 for Phones is a video out of China that shows build number 12534 in action. Among the features that we get to see are the Outlook Mail app, the contacts list, and the messages app. The virtual QWERTY keyboard also makes an appearance as does the dialer. The calendar integrates with the Outlook Mail app, something clearly visible in the clip.

We also get a quick glimpse of Project Spartan, which is the new browser replacing Internet Explorer in Windows 10. The video shows a Hub where you will store bookmarked pages and keep a list of stories that you want to read later when you are offline.

With any luck, these features will be found in the next Technical Preview of Windows 10. As we told you the other day, Microsoft has increased the number of Windows Phones that will be able to access this early look at the new OS.

I want to file a petition for the comeback of Windows Mobile. My HD2 is basically the phone I love most.

My body is ready. I cannot wait. At all. The one thing I don't like though, is the URL bar at the top. It has always been at the bottom, so why change it? It is better there.

Windows probably will never have as many apps as other platforms - actually with some better work on "stock" apps Microsoft has it all what one will need. except tons of games. Who another will bother with note taking apps? Onenote is there and is good - although i use Evernote. Email, cnotacts tasks - same as well, they have good looking apps also acquired Sunrise and Acompli...who will bother to bring up a better calendar app? Better email app? Office? Altohough there are tons of better office apps on Android then MS Office - but is Polaris, Kingsoft etc fight with them and loose time with their apps on W10? They wont. Actually i find Windows 10 complete out of the box just some games on store for some. I personally switched all my things to Outlook, OneDrive and i am more happy than with google crap.

Windows is a great mobile OS in respect of performance, I can vouch for this due to my Lumia 1520. However, performance is the least of your worries on a Windows device... Poor app support is the theme of their ecosystem, I've been using apps that hasn't seen updates since 2013.
