Three Galaxy Tab 4 models confirmed by Samsung?

18comments
We were expecting to see the unannounced Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 series at MWC 2014, but that did not happen. The only new Android device announced by Samsung at MWC was the Galaxy S5 smartphone. The South Korean company also unveiled the Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo, and Gear Fit.

So what happened to the new Galaxy Tab 4? We don’t know yet, but it seems that Samsung is confirming the new family of tablets in an image that lists some devices which are compatible with the Gear Fit smart band. According to the image, which was obtained by French website Planete Galaxy, Samsung is readying a Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, a Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and a Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 - just as previously rumored. Unfortunately, the new tablets haven’t been pictured yet.

The Galaxy Tab 4 line shouldn’t be as expensive as the Galaxy TabPRO series. We’re hearing that the common features of the Tab 4 7.0, Tab 4 8.0 and Tab 4 10.1 include quad-core Snapdragon 400 processors and displays with 800 x 1280 pixels. Android KitKat is expected to be on board.

Hopefully, Samsung will announce this new series of Galaxy tablets soon.
