The LG G4: Yay or Nay?

A 5.5-inch display with a Quad HD (1440 x 2560) pixel resolution. Six ARM cores with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor at the reins. 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. An impressive, 16-megapixel camera with super-wide,  f/1.8 lens, an LED flash with a color spectrum sensor sidekick, and a laser auto-focus system, along with a generous, 8-megapixel selfie snapper. Android 5.1 Lollipop with UX 4.0, and a 3,000 mAh cell. All of this encased within a body that can, for a price, be adorned by genuine, vegetable-tanned leather.

Those are just a small part of the features that the just-announced LG G4 packs. They make for a compelling argument in its favor, or so we think, but we wanted to test the waters and see how the rest of us were feeling. This means you

So, how do you like the LG G4? Top marks? Decent but not quite there? Anyone downright disappointed and expecting more from LG in the future? Let us know by voting right below!

Yes I agree, this will definitely make more & more people switch from iOS to Android. Wow first the Samsung Galaxy S6 & S6 Edge & now the LG G4. And people said Android phones were not built beautifully with high quality materials. +1 That red leather is bananas! WOW

personally the lg g4 doesnt look beutiful. the leather back is nice but the phone itself is okay. better than last years g3 and s5 for sure though. camera seems to be a beast. the rest are okay at best. memory cards? mmm optional. battery removable? good to keep it. lg sacrificed its small form factor though in return. the lg g3 was the maximum i would use on a phone. anything bigger is a no go for me.

Children, children ... it is just a phone. Are you really that ugly that you think the _phone_ will make you look better?!?! Sigh.

So we have a racist troll on our hands, only on the net! Don't like the phone, p*ss off and don't make stereotypical remarks.

Wheres the hell no button. specs are outdated for a flagship but this is not their best offering this year. I will wait for that.

It looks like it's going to probably have the best camera on an android phone and likely one of the best cameras on any smartphone. That does it for me. I'm probably going to be in on one when the price comes down a bit around the holidays.

I wanna check out the battery life performance first. If it pleases me enough, why not take my money, LG?

I wanted to try something different than Samsung and Apple this year, but all other flagships dissapointed me. Today nothing can win with S6 Edge. G4 will have maybe a little better camera. Maybe. Screen, performance and build quality are better in S6. In the other hand some people need swappable battery and sd card slot, but not me. I will probably wait for iP 6S unveil and get it or Edge.

Weight and size are putting me off this time. G3 was the limit for me.

Just ANOTHER Android slab. Nothing exciting here folks. Maybe if we had a new and exciting operating system from LG there'd be more to like here. Great to see a nano-sim slot though. Welcome to 2012 LG!

And I suppose you can do an operating system that can battle iOS and Android?
