T-Mobile begins selling microSIM cards for $9.99 - targets the iPhone 4 & iPad

Obviously, T-Mobile isn’t simply selling them because they want to, but they blatantly mention in the description that they’re ready to be used on unlock iPhones – or any other GSM phone accepting microSIM cards. Thinking about it more, it’s hard to see why anyone would want to pick up the card for free with a 2-year contract when it already boasts an acceptable retail price of $9.99. Well, maybe some plan to stick around with the carrier for 2 years?
EDGE speeds only.

"gleaming with envy"? "on unlock iPhones"? Need a proofreader? And I think you need to buy the card if you don't want one of the contract plans. Maybe you need them when traveling for a week or so? I'm not wasting any more time on this. You figure it out.

there are over a million unlocked iphones on Tmobile already. Its a very common practice. It is only serving that segment. Those 3gs customers may want an iphone4 and not know how to cut down the sim properly. Besides, If they activate that sim in store there is a 95% chance that they will make the sim free anyways.
