See the HTC Nexus Marlin and Sailfish from all angles in a new mock-up video

See the HTC Nexus Marlin and Sailfish from all angles in a new mock-up video
Google is set to launch two new Nexus devices this year, reportedly made by HTC, which are expected to be revealed in the following months. Earlier this month, we saw an unofficial 3D render, based on evidence from “reliable sources”, which is supposed to be approximately representative of the final design of the new Nexus phones. Now, Techconfigurations has brought the aforementioned render to motion in a new video, taking a few design liberties here and there, as the image from earlier this month did not depict the edges of the device.

There is still no word on when the two Nexus phones will be announced, but it could be early this fall, and we know for sure that they will both run Android 7.0 Nougat. For more info on what could be in store, check out the rumored specs for the Nexus M1 Marlin and Nexus S1 Sailfish.

This IS NOT an unofficial video. That would insinuate that the video is some how real. It's a crap rendering from an artist that has absolutely nothing to do with either HTC or Google. Clean up your headlines.

Hey man that guy worked hard on that render and it was decent. you shouldn't call it crap just because pa doesn't know how to write a headline.

I'm confused, doesn't "not an unofficial video" mean that it's an official video? If it's just a fan made mock-up then that would make it unofficial, wouldn't it?

Thanks for changing the headline. Would be great if it included the words "fan-made" though.

Dumb question but does Verizon typically carry Nexus phones? (Never bought one and can't decide about upgrading to Nexus or Moto Z Turbo (and now maybe Moto X)?

That's one heck of a fugly rendering. Why downgrade the HTC to look like the fugly iPhone 6/6s?

But most phones launched in the past couple of years have been looking like the iPhone. Is it new?

apple was great at designs few years ago. Unfortunately year of 2015 -2016 and by the look of leaked iPhone 7... is a total downgrade.

That big window thing in the camera area on the back is terrible. Keep it simple and professional. Don't design it like some kid with a Honda Civic....looking at you 6 and 6p.

If they make 5-5.2" Nexus with the same specs as premium one that I assume they are doing I will be saying bye to my gs7.
