NVIDIA's Tegra Note 7 receives OTA update to enable Netflix HD streaming

The Tegra Note 7 is a reference design tablet that is sold under other names, like American EVGA. A benchmark powerhouse, the Tegra Note 7 is powered by a quad-core Tegra 4 processor. The tablet is equipped with a 7 inch screen featuring a resolution of 1280 x 800. 1GB of RAM is on board, and there is 16GB of native storage available.
What brings this tablet to mind is an update that it has just received. A tweet sent out by NVIDIA reveals that thanks to the OTA update, the Note 7 now supports Netflix HD. That means that Tegra 7 owners can view streaming video from Netflix in 1080p for sharper, clearer images.
While the update is coming to the tablet OTA, you impatient types can try to coax it out of the slate by going to Settings > About Tablet > System updates > Download OTA.
