Deal: HP Elite x3 going for just $599 with Desk Dock included, $200 off the usual price
A few days ago, we told about a deal on an HP Elite x3 bundle that brought down the price of the handset and a bunch of accessories at $1000. If that's a bit above your budget but you still want to give the HP Elite x3 a shot, check out the manufacturer's new deal, one which sees the price of the phone itself and the Desk Dock discounted by 25%.

For a limited time, HP is selling a bundle consisting out of an Elite x3 phone and a desk dock (a charging cradle, really) at just $599. That's $200 down compared to the usual retail price of $799 for the two items together.

Just in case you need a refresher, the HP Elite x3 is the hottest Windows 10 Mobile smartphone currently available. The raw specs include a Snapdragon 820 chipset, a 5.96-inch AMOLED display running at 1440 by 2560 pixels, 16MP - 8MP camera units, iris and fingerprint scanners, and dual-SIM capabilities.

What do you guys think, is the Elite x3 worth $599 when paired with a charging cradle? Or would you rather get an iPhone or an Android flagship?
