Amazon is selling every AT&T phone in its offering for $0.01
For anyone who might be interested in setting up a new account with AT&T, online retailer Amazon is throwing a special promotion that places all of their selections for the carrier at almost free - $0.01 to be exact with an accompanying 2-year agreement. You'll have the pick of the litter from basic entry-level handsets all the way to some of the latest Android smartphones, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find the perfect handset for yourself. Amazon is also throwing in free 2 day shipping on the purchase and activation of your new phone, however, it looks like the party will only be going on with new customers. In order to qualify for the $0.01 pricing, you'll have to be a new customers signing on with an individual account for 2 years – so that means it won't qualify for add-a-lines or customers with eligible upgrades. Although some are still priced at $0.01 for upgrades, prices jumped way up for some of the higher end handsets they offer. We'd imagine that this special deal will run until the end of the week, so you'd better jump on the opportunity as quickly as you can before it disappears completely.
