Sprint's corporate headquarters will finally have 4G WiMAX access
One would think that Sprint's very own corporate headquarters in Kansas City would've been an ideal location to launch WiMAX ahead of time, but it's only now that they're finally going to start witnessing the commotion that their next generation is buzzing. Sprint's CEO, Dan Hesse, revealed during the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce's 2010 Economic Forecast Mid-Year event that they will finally be seeing 4G access become readily available this summer. In fact, the launch of WiMAX coverage in Kansas City will fall in line with the eventual release of the HTC EVO 4G. So all those employees working in their corporate headquarters can look forward to being able to use the service that the company is happily providing to other larger markets.
