Nokia Lumia 830 Shows Up in Different Colors Ahead of Official Reveal
Nokia Lumia 830, the company's first midranger with a PureView camera module, leaked out in flesh and blood, and in multiple colors. The handset is expected to be unveiled at Nokia's September 4th event over at the IFA expo in Berlin, together with the Lumia 730 "selfie phone," dubbed so on account of the 5 MP frontal camera.

The Lumia 830, however, is expected to sport a 4.5" display of unknown resolution, and a Snapdragon chipset with LTE connectivity, placing it at the middle of the road between the flagship 930 with its 1080p display, and the lower midrange 730. It will differ significantly from the 730, though, as the 830 is prepped to be the first Windows Phone midranger with Nokia's renowned PureView camera setup. From the looks of it, the camera area reminisces of the 1020's 41 MP sensor, though likely of smaller size and resolution, as it is not as thick and protruding. It might be the same 20 MP sensor that is packed in the 930, or a completely new PureView iteration. However, we don't expect the four mics, Dolby Surround recording, and top-shelf Snapdragon from the 930 - it will likely be just a more compact and more affordable handset with a great camera.

For some people, this would be just what the doctor ordered, so feast your eyes on the leaked 830 pics in the slideshow below. They show a relatively thin handset, clad in Nokia's typical multicolor polycarbonate unibody, with a large camera area on the back, which, however, doesn't stick out like the 41 MP monstrosity of the 1020. What do you think, does the phone look good?
