Boost Mobile offers 50% discount, 10GB high speed data to families making a switch
If you're currently an AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile customer looking to switch to a pre-paid carrier, Boost Mobile  wants to talk to you. The Sprint subsidiary is offering 10GB of high speed data and a 50% discount on its family plan rates to those signing with Boost. That means that for $60 per month, you can activate two lines with unlimited talk, text and data. Keep in mind that 10GB of that data is high speed. Three lines will cost you $85 a month while four lines is priced at $110 a month.

Additionally, Boost will give you a new smartphone or a $50 device credit for each line ported over from Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile. This is a limited time offer available from participating Boost Mobile stores. The offer expires on April 5th.

Under the terms of the deal, a family of four could walk away from a Boost location with up to four free handsets.Your family will get to choose from the Alcatel OneTouch Elevate, Motorola Moto E, LG Tribute, LG Tribute 2 and the ZTE Speed.

Actually that's no longer the case. Most new phones have both CDMA and LTE which uses SIM cards since LTE is GSM technology. Their phones can be unlocked for international use to use with another carrier's SIM.

Nope, only world phones work like that, most boost phones lack hspa+ bands and GSM bands hosting only the LTE bands for Sprint

if boost would allow other CDMA phones on their system that would be a plus BUT they force u to buy their crappy lock down phones..i notice that boost now has voice roaming but u only get 50 mins of roaming per month which is crap...sprint should shut down boost and virgin mobile and fold them into a sprint prepaid with the same prices they have for boost now....
