BlackBerry Slider, aka "T" or "Talladega" to be launched next month?

This article contains unofficial information.
BlackBerry Slider, aka
The mysterious BlackBerry slider that we have showed you pictures of has captured the attention of both BlackBerry and cellphone fans alike. The handset, code named "T" or "Talladega", is apparently the famous Mr. T model that we have had the pleasure of informing you about from time to time. If loose lips sink ships, the CEO of RIM parts supplier Woojeon & Handan has sent the Titanic to a watery grave. On a Korean news site called, the executive said that RIM was about to launch an ambitious model to compete with the iPhone on a global basis. The "T" will become the flagship model for BlackBerry. This was translated from the original Korean, but no matter what language it is said in, the bottom line is that RIM has apparently conceded that the Storm was not the iPhone slaying device that the Canadian manufacturer and Verizon had hoped it would be when originally dreamed up. The good news is that RIM has learned a lot from the Storm debacle and by combining what is good about the touchscreen Storm with the positive features from the Bold (including that fantastic physical QWERTY keyboard), RIM could be offering the best of both worlds. Add in RIM's newly found desire to make the 'Berry an all around handset for business and pleasure (don't forget that new WebKit browser coming!), and we might end up having to pity the fool who won't buy one.

LOL warhed. Yeah vzw has enough blackberry phones, where is Tour2/Bold with the trackpad anyway. Besides I would rather vzw get the Incredible/Desire first before another VerRIMzon Blackberry.

Blackberry needs a successful touchscreen device the storm was a bigger flop then the palm pre which was a good device and blackberrys never have impressive specs today if you don't have the specs you mite as well hang it up thats why a lot of blackberry users are switching to android or iphone I'm not bashing Blackberry it's still excellent business device but they are slow and boring phone to use no fun factor like a Droid or n1

lol. .droid.. the storm sold more in a month than the pre sold all year. It was the hottest selle for quite some timer until the droid launched. i was one of the lucky ones that had a storm that worked perfectly and never had an issue with it. it was a try at something new, so ya gotta give BB some credit for thinking differently instead of just making some i-clone. so is there any word of if this is gonna be a traditional touch screen or if its going to be some kind of storm hybrid with the piezio tech in it?
