UK buyers of the Nokia Lumia 800 and Nokia Lumia 900 are entitled to a free speaker
In the UK, buyers of the Nokia Lumia 800 or Nokia Lumia 900 get a free Nokia Play 360 wireless speaker in lieu of a cash back offer. The only problem is that by design, the rules for getting the speaker require you to watch the calendar. First, you need to purchase a Nokia Lumia 800 or Nokia Lumia 900, save your receipt, and then register the purchase on your Nokia account. September 11th is the last day to register your purchase.

28 days after you register you need to go back to your Nokia account and finish the claim. This needs to be done before October 31st. The rules are designed to prevent those who want free speakers from buying and returning the phones. Nokia advises those eligible to "act fast" because stocks are limited. Nokia values the speaker at £120 ($189 USD).

When you fill out the claim form, all of the purchase information from your receipt will be required. Once your claim has been submitted, you should receive your free speaker within 4 weeks. To start the process, click on the sourcelink.

I still don't think that will save Nokia from the disastrous sales of their Lumia lines. Anyway that's a good move.

I'd hardly call them "disasterous"... they seem to be meeting expectations
